Varietal Information
Zinfandel is uniquely American and is capable of producing top tier wines that rival Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Zinfandel should not be confused with white Zinfandel, a pink, semi-sweet wine, made by removing the juice from the skins during fermentation and typically adding sugar.
